Terms of service

These terms

These terms are between you and Simpa Labs, which operates SReverse. By creating an account or commissioning a project you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are able to do so.

What the service is

We analyse an Android application you provide, recover the private API that application talks to, and deliver a working client for that API together with documentation and tests. The application and its backend are not ours, and we do not operate them.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself, give us accurate details, and use one account per person or organisation. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the keys we issue to it.

What we ask of you

We take your request in good faith. We do not ask you to prove that you own the application, and there is no form to sign and no document to upload. You confirm that you have the right to commission the work. If something about a project suggests it is unlawful, we will ask you about it before starting, and we may decline the work and refund you in full. That is the only circumstance in which it comes up. See how we handle this.

Your project

Upload the app and tell us what you want to achieve. Your project shows the analysis, delivery files and recovery order.

Price and payment

Your checkout shows the total, starting payment and delivery balance. Your accepted price is saved with the payment. Payment options shown at checkout include card and USDT. Bank, conversion and network fees are charged separately.

The guarantee

If we cannot deliver the ordered work, we refund everything you have paid. If a delivered client does not behave like the application it was built from, tell us within fourteen days of delivery and we will fix it or refund it. The guarantee runs for fourteen days from the moment of delivery. The balance is not charged until you have something to inspect.

Delivery

Your project shows its delivery date. The date is set when the starting payment clears. We update you if required access or another blocker affects delivery.

Fixes after delivery

For thirty days after delivery we fix, at no cost, any delivered call that does not reproduce the behaviour of the application it was built from. This covers defects in our work. It does not cover changes made to the application or to its backend after delivery, which are handled as a new piece of work.

What we will not do

We do not extract or circumvent DRM keys, we do not help with piracy, and we do not claim we can recover anything that depends on credentials held in hardware we cannot read. DRM and media work is limited to interoperability, testing and reconstruction. Where we can tell before starting, we say so before you pay.

Your application and your data

You keep ownership of your application and your data. You give us permission to store and analyse the application, and to use the account access you provide, for the purpose of the project and nothing else. We do not share it and we do not use it for anyone else's work. How long we keep it, and how you get it deleted, is set out in the privacy policy.

What you receive

You own the deliverables we create for you: the client code, the documentation, the tests and the endpoint description. We keep ownership of our own tooling, methods and platform, and of anything we already had before your project. Nothing in these terms transfers your application to us, or our tooling to you.

Confidentiality

We keep your application, your credentials and the details of your project confidential. We do not name you publicly, in a case study or anywhere else, without asking you first.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to gain access you are not entitled to, to disrupt a service, or to infringe anyone's rights. If an account or a project is used that way we may suspend or end it, and we will refund anything not yet delivered.

The backend is not ours

The backend an application talks to belongs to whoever operates it. It can change at any time and without telling us. We deliver a client that works against the application as it stood when we built it. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, account restrictions or changes made by the operator of that service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can close your account whenever you like. We can end an agreement if these terms are broken, or if a project turns out to be one we should not have taken on, and we will refund anything not yet delivered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will note it on this page with a new date, and tell account holders by email. A change applies to work commissioned after it takes effect, not to work already under way.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
